How to make
Finely chop the onion, parsley and garlic. Put them in a bowl, along with the minced meat, egg, teriyaki sauce and the spices.
Knead the minced meat well. Wrap it in cling film and refrigerate it for a few hours.
Take out the prepared minced meat. Shape it into meatballs. Fry them in a pan with fat on both sides, until they aquire a golden color.
Take them out and place them onto kitchen paper. Serve them in a suitable dish with ketchup, mayonnaise or whatever you prefer.
