How to make
After the dough is mixed, bake it for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C).
8″ (20 cm) cake tin is used (I put rice paper in the cake tin in advance).
When the cake layer is ready, take it out of the oven and leave it in the cake tin for 10 minutes.
Then transfer it onto a wire rack. Leave it to cool a bit and cut it into 2 cake layers.
The cake layers are stuck with the whipped cream with ground cardamom and the almond cake is decorated with almonds.
The result is a wonderful almond honey cake with rose essence!
