How to make
The croissants are cut lengthwise in half. Half of them are arranged in a cake tin with a removable bottom.
The two types of pudding are prepared in two separate saucepans, according to the instructions on the package.
For their preparation, we need milk and sugar. Cover the halves of the croissants with the chocolate pudding.
Arrange the other halves of the croissants on top. They are covered with the vanilla pudding. Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours, until the cream firms up.
Melt the chocolate couverture in a water bath.
The decoration of the chocolate cake is a matter of choice. We used sliced almonds and cocktail cherries.
The quick croissant cake is ready.
