  • sugar - 1 cup
  • butter - 4.4 oz (125 g)
  • milk - 1 and 1/2 cups
  • flour - 2 cups
  • cocoa - 5 tbsp.

  • vanilla powder - 1 pc (2 g)
measures

How to make

Pour the milk, sugar and cocoa into a large pot, place it on the stove and stir, until the sugar has melted.

Add the butter and stir again. Remove the pan from the heat and set it aside.

Set aside about 15 tbsp.

Beat the eggs and add them in a trickle to the cocoa milk.

Then add the sifted flour along with the baking powder and vanilla. Add the crushed walnuts.

Stir the mixture and pour it into a baking pan onto baking paper.

Bake the chocolate fudge for about 35 minutes at 360°F (180°C).

Then take it out, cut it into squares and pour the cocoa milk over it.

Leave the dessert aside for about 12 hours and if desired, spread it with chocolate spread for even more sweetness.
