From all of the products for the base, knead the dough and roll it out into a pie tin. Leave it in the fridge, while you prepare the filling.
Mash the boiled pumpkin into a puree. Add the other products for the filling. After mixing everything well, pour it on the base.
Bake the prepared pumpkin pie first for 15 minutes at 430°F (220°C), then another 40 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
The autumn pumpkin pie can be served with cream, which has been formed into swirls on top.
