How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until a fluffy mixture is obtained. Add the oil, vanilla and yogurt and stir.
Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and wheat semolina. Stir. In a cake tin with a diameter of 8″ (20 cm), greased with oil and sprinkled with flour, pour and flatten the mixture for apple pie cake.
Peel and grate the apple on a coarse grater, add the cinnamon and sugar, stir and distribute the mixture with a spoon on top of the cake mixture.
Place the cake tin in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) and bake the easy cake for about 30 minutes, until it is fully baked.
Sprinkle the wonderful apple and cinnamon cake with powdered sugar, then cut it and serve it!
