How to make
Cut the onion into circles. Wash the peppers, remove their seeds and cut them into small pieces.
Put some olive oil, the chopped vegetables and as much salt as you like in a pan. Fry them and make sure to stir them often.
Place the filo pastry sheets on a flat surface. Make a widthwise cut in the middle as they are laid out.
Grease each piece of filo pastry sheet with melted butter first. Put a small part of the filling in the lower part of the sheet and wrap the ends of the sheet inwards, so that the filling cannot come out of the rolled up roll. Spread a little melted butter on top.
The rolls can be fried or baked in the oven. Bake them for 20 minutes at 430°F (220°C).
They are fried for only a few minutes.
