  • yogurt - 5 oz (140 g)
  • sour cream - 5 oz (140 g)
  • cocoa powder - 3 tsp. (100% natural)
  • honey - 2 tbsp (30 g) or by taste
  • jam - 4 tsp. or topping (from a red fruit)
  • walnuts - 1 tbsp. (crushed)
measures

How to make

For the most delicious chia pudding, mix the yogurt, milk and sour cream with honey into a bowl. Beat well, so that there are no lumps, because if the cream is thicker and higher in fat, it sometimes turns out lumpy.

For a vegan pudding, you can use vegetable milk and cream such as coconut, because it is fluffier.

Pour the chia seeds and mix well. Leave the mixture to stand for 10-15 minutes.

After this time, the chia should have started to swell, but the mixture is still not as thick.

Distribute it into three cups - leave one white, in the other beat the cocoa and in the third, add your favorite jam from strawberries, raspberries or another red fruit.

Of course, it can be another color, but for example, if we add blueberry jam, it will not differ from cocoa in color that much and only for this reason we prefer red fruit.

Leave the cups in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes or until the mixtures thickens. Then pour it into small dessert jars or clear cups, by alternating layers of the three colors to your liking.

At the end, sprinkle with ground walnuts and you can optionally garnish with fresh fruit, chocolate chips or whatever comes to mind.

The chia pudding is wonderful and perfect for breakfast or as a dessert!
