How to make
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a water bath and leave them to cool slightly. Meanwhile, finely chop the walnuts with a sharp knife and cut the strawberries into small pieces.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until a white mixture is obtained. Add the chocolate in a thin stream, while beating at all times.
Sift the flour with the baking powder directly into the bowl and stir briefly, until a homogeneous chocolate mixture is obtained.
Finally, add the vanilla, walnuts and strawberries and make a few light swirling movements with a spoon.
Pour the mixture into an greased pan and bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160 degrees) with fan - 30 minutes.
Cut the brownie into squares and serve it while it's hot, garnished with strawberries and garnished with an ice cream of your choice. The warm-cold contrast adds an unique charm to this dessert!
Tip: If you are not going to serve it right away and the brownie has cooled down, just put it in the microwave for a while. Then change the plate because it will be hot and when you put the ice cream on it, it will melt quite quickly.
Pleasant chocolate moments with this magical dessert!
