How to make
Wash the cherries and remove the pits. Place cleaned fruits to boil with a little water until tender. Then crush the cherries and run them through a sieve or thick strainer. The resulting pulp is mixed with the sugar.
Put the sweet cherry mixture on the stove and cook on medium heat initially, then on high, stirring constantly. Finally put the citric acid in.
Boil the cherry marmalade until the spoon starts to leave a lasting mark. Before it has cooled, pour the ready marmalade in dry jars and seal well.
