How to make
Wash the raspberries. Pour a little water over them and put to boil for about 6 minutes. Then put them on cheesecloth or a thin cloth to drain, but without squeezing them.
Mix the raspberry juice with the sugar and put it on the stove to boil until the sugar dissolves completely. At the beginning, boil on low, then on high heat. Once thickened to the desired consistency, mix with the citric acid and remove it 3-4 minutes later.
Pour the raspberry syrup in dried jars and seal them. Store in a cool, dark place.
