How to make
Clean the raspberries well and put them in a glass container. Add the required amount of water (depending on the amount of raspberries which you will use), then add the citric acid. Allow the fruits to stand in a cool place for 1 day.
Stir several times using a wooden spoon. Then strain the juice through a fine cloth, without squeezing the fruit. Measure out the amount of juice released and for every 1 cup of juice, mix in 1 1/2 cups of sugar.
Stir the raspberry syrup until the sugar is completely dissolved. Pour it into bottles and close them very well.
