How to make
Clean the fish of its guts and bones and season it with salt and black pepper. Heat the oil in a pot and first put in the tomatoes, then capers and chopped pepper to get braised. Add chopped potatoes, then parsley, thyme, a little salt, paprika and black pepper.
The sauce is left to stew well, then half of it is poured into a tray. Top with fish and add the remaining sauce. Bake in a pre-heated 360°F (180 °C) oven under foil.
Finally, remove the foil so the fish catch a slight tan.
