Ingredients

  • milk - 1 cup
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • baking powder - 2 tsp.
  • vanilla
  • sugar - a pinch
  • salt - a pinch
  • butter - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • einkorn flour - 2 cups

How to make

Blend all of the liquid ingredients and melted butter (with a mixer).

In another bowl, put all of the dry ones and mix them well. Mix both dry and liquid ingredients and mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Grease the waffle maker and pour an even amount of the mixture.

Bake the waffles until they're ready.

Drizzle them with honey and pieces of fruit (optional).

The healthy einkorn waffles are ready.
