Ingredients

  • bananas - 2 - 3 large
  • starch - 2/5 cup (100 g), of wheat
  • eggs - 1
  • sugar - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • baking soda - on the tip of the spoon
  • coconut flakes - 3 tablespoons
  • sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  • for the topping
  • chocolate - 5.5 oz (150 g) natural or chocolate topping
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • oil - for frying

How to make

Beat the egg with the sugar and add the starch. Mix with the salt, baking soda, coconut flakes, sesame seeds and if it ends up too thick, add some milk - enough to get a thick paste.

Halve the bananas and heat oil for frying. Roll each piece of banana in the batter and drop it to fry on both sides. Drain them on a cooking grid.

Melt the crushed chocolate with the butter and garnish the crumbed bananas with this chocolate sauce. You can also use chocolate syrup or topping.
