  • yogurt - 6.7 fl oz (200 ml)
  • water - 1/2 cup (100 ml)
  • cinnamon - by taste
  • sesame tahini - 1 - 2 tbsp. (by taste)
  • honey - 1 - 2 tbsp. (by taste)
