"For yeast crepes, the rule is that you have to eat at least three before announcing how much you like them"

Ingredients

  • warm water - 2 cups (400 ml) but not hot
  • fresh yeast - 1/3 cube (14 g)
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • flour - as much as it is needed
  • oil - for frying

How to make

The yeast is dissolved in the water along with the sugar. When the yeast activated, add a pinch of salt and vanilla.

The flour is added in portions, while stirring constantly. The crepe mixture should have a thick consistency.

Grease a non-stick frying pan with oil. (I personally dip a napkin in the oil and smear the pan with it).

Pour the mixture into the heated pan and distribute is evenly in it. Each crepe is fried on both sides until it aquires a golden color.

Before adding a new portion of the mixture, grease the pan again.
