Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • yellow peppers - 3 pcs.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • salt - by taste
  • black pepper - by taste
  • butter - 0.9 oz (25 g)
  • curry - 1 tsp.
  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp.
  • garam masala - 1/2 tsp.
  • olive oil - 3 tbsp.

How to make

Pour the olive oil to heat up in a pan. Wash the peppers and potatoes, peel them, cut them and add them into the olive oil. Peel the zucchini, grate it and add it to the peppers and potatoes.

Leave them to simmer for 15 minutes and add the chicken breasts. Bake for another 10 minutes.
