"Today`s dessert - Mocha Cream... for everyone!"

Ingredients

  • coffee - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • water - 4 cups
  • gelatin - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 g)
  • eggs - 1
  • sugar - 1/5 cup (65 g)
  • salt
  • cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • almonds - 2

How to make

Pour boiling water over the coffee and brew. Dissolve the gelatin in it, after soaking it in cold water beforehand. The egg yolk, sugar and a pinch of salt are mixed and gradually added to the mixture of coffee and gelatin.

When the liquid begins to gel, add the whipped cream. Garnish the cream with chopped almonds or walnuts.
