How to make
Beat the eggs with salt and add the milk and flour spoon by spoon, stirring slowly and after adding and mixing the last of the flour, pour in the oil.
Preheat a large, lightly greased skillet and add 1 ladle of the mixture, tilt it to spread out the pancake. Once ready on one side, flip carefully and cook the other side. Prepare the other pancakes in this manner.
Serve with a filling of fried chicken pieces, braised with a head of chopped onion and chopped garlic. Salt and season with pepper, and finally boil them with the liquid cream.
