How to make
A tall red wine glass with a stem is used. It must be larger than the traditional.
The glass is filled almost to the brim with ice.
Pour the prosecco (sparkling wine). Add the aperol and sparkling water.
If desired, more sparkling water can be added.
Add a slice of orange to decorate the cocktail.
Serve it with a straw.
The Aperol Spritz Cocktail is ready.
