How to make
Season the salmon fillets with salt, black pepper and a little olive oil.
On top of each piece add thyme, rosemary and crushed garlic.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Wrap the fillets separately in foil and place them in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C). Bake them for 20 minutes.
For the puree, steam the broccoli. Bake the potatoes whole in the oven.
Blend the broccoli and peeled potatoes in a blender and add the milk, butter and salt.
Pour lemon juice and a little butter over the baked salmon fillets.
Serve them with the broccoli puree.
