How to make
Cut the cabbage into small pieces and put in a large pan.
Grate the tomatoes and carrots, add them to the cabbage and mix them well. Add the salt, paprika, crushed stock cube and rice. Wash the drumsticks and cut them in half.
Put half of the cabbage mix in a large earthenware pot, then arrange the legs and cover with the rest of the cabbage. Add oil and 1 cup of water.
Put a lid on and bake in a moderately heated oven at 430°F (220 °C), for about 60 minutes.
