How to make
Wash the apricots, dry them, divide them into halves and remove their seeds. Fill the jars with them, each jar gets 17.5 oz (500 g).
Add a few apricot kernels. Prepare a warm sugar syrup from the water and sugar - each jar gets 5 tablespoons of sugar and 1 cup of water.
Close with the caps and sterilize the jars for 15 minutes.
