Ingredients

  • feta cheese - 9 oz (250 g)
  • spinach - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • chili peppers - 2
  • curry - 2 tsp
  • oil - 1 and 1/2 cup

How to make

Fry the diced feta cheese in a deep pan in oil until golden. Remove it and let it drain. In the same oil, fry the peppers whole - until brown. Sprinkle with curry powder, stir, put in the grated onion and chopped garlic cloves and fry for 3-4 minutes.

Add the thinly sliced strips of spinach, salt, stir and stew over medium heat until the spinach becomes tender. Then return the fried feta cheese and stew on low heat until just the oil remains in the dish.
