How to make
Make a marinade of olive oil, black pepper, salt and lemon juice. Rub the chicken steaks and leave them for about three hours.
Add the sour cream, stir and refrigerate overnight.
Add the crushed garlic to the cooking cream. Grease a baking pan and arrange the marinated steaks. Pour the cooking cream on top.
Bake the steaks for 35 minutes at 390°F (200 degrees) or until they aquire a golden color.
Serve the baked chicken steaks in a cream sauce with a garnish of your choice.
