How to make
Cut the chicken drumsticks into portions and fry them on both sides in a pan with oil. Remove and transfer them into a tray.
Fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and red and green peppers in the same fat. Along with their fat, they are transferred to the chicken.
The carrots and potatoes are cut into circles or sticks and also added into the baking pan.
The strained peas and mushrooms are added to the other vegetables, pour a little of the mushroom water, in which you have beaten the tomato puree and sprinkle everything with salt, black pepper and mint.
Cover the baking pan with aluminum foil and place it in a preheated oven at 360°F (180 degrees) and turn on the fan for about 1 hour.
Finally, remove the foil and return the chicken with vegetables back into the oven for a few more minutes until the vegetables and meat are fully cooked.
