Ingredients

  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • tuna - 7 oz (200 g) (canned)
  • onion - 1 small onion
  • parsley - 5 tbsp. (finely chopped)
  • mayonnaise - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • tomatoes - 1 pc.
  • salt - optional
  • olives for decoration - black or green

How to make

Boil the eggs, rinse them with cold water and leave them to cool.

Pour the contents of the canned tuna into a strainer and leave it to drain well.

Peel and put the two hard-boiled eggs, onion, parsley and mayonnaise in a blender.

Add the strained fish and turn on the appliance on medium speed for 15 seconds.

The egg salad should not be blended too well and pieces of the products should be visible.

Taste it and if necessary, add salt.

Put the salad in a suitable plate.

Cut the tomatoes into thin slices and arrange them on the sides around the tuna salad.
