My son, for example (1 year and 2 months) adores them!
Beat the eggs along with the yogurt and soda. Add the flour, stir and add the grated and strained apple. After that add the cinnamon and melted coconut oil.
Form them with a spoon and bake them in a non-stick pan without fat, as they have coconut oil. But if desired, you can also grease the pan with a little oil.
About 12 mini pancakes come out of this dose.
