How to make
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl. If they are very small, you can leave them whole.
Cut the mozzarella cheese into large cubes, the marinated sun-dried tomatoes into bulky pieces and the peppers into thin strips.
To all of these products add the garlic, which is cut into thin slices.
Mix all of the dressing products and season the salad with it and stir it well.
Place a whole or halved artichoke on each portion and garnish the salads with fresh basil leaves.
