How to make
A classic hummus, which we can prepare without sesame seeds as well.
I tried it with toasted sesame seeds and the result was more than good. Strain the chickpeas from the liquid in the tin and wash them.
Put them in a blender along with garlic, lemon juice, water, salt, olive oil and sesame seeds, which have been toasted in a non greased pan in advance. Blend everything into a smooth mixture.
You can also use a blender, but for this option it is good to crush the sesame seeds in a mortar and then add them.
Sprinkle the prepared hummus with olive oil and paprika before serving it.
