Ingredients

  • peanut butter - 2 tbsp. (homemade)
  • sesame tahini - 2 tbsp. (homemade)
  • raw cocoa powder - 2 tbsp.
  • fine oatmeal - 1 - 2 tbsp.
  • coconut shavings - 1 tsp.
  • cinnamon - 1 pinch
  • vanilla - optional
  • carob molasses - 2 - 3 tbsp.
  • water - 4 tbsp.
  • goji berry - for decoration

How to make

In a non greased cookware with a non-stick coating, briefly toast the oatmeal. Leave it to cool.

Put the oatmeal, coconut and water in the blender jug. Blend them for about 30 seconds.

Add peanut butter, sesame tahini, cocoa, cinnamon, carob molasses, vanilla. Turn on the blender and leave it until a smooth cream is obtained.

Pour the healthy chocolate cream into a glass jar and decorate it with goji berry or crushed nuts. Leave it in the refrigerator to set.
