How to make

Prepare the tea, that you will intake throughout the day - three times a day.

In a teapot or other cookware pour 1 tsp. of anise seeds - slightly crushed. Pour boiling water over the seeds and leave them on a low heat for 3 minutes to boil. Drink 3.4 fl oz (100 ml) of the tea in the morning - noon and evening.

Anise tea cures asthma attacks and is extremely beneficial for respiratory diseases such as laryngitis and whooping cough.

The seeds of the plants have pronounced expectorant properties, so they are used for diseases of the upper respiratory tract, in particular bronchitis with dry cough.

It is used to normalize digestion, intestinal cramps, bloating, improves the way that the stomach, pancreas and liver work.

It contains useful substances - calcium, iron, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, manganese and copper.
