How to make
Heat the cream in a saucepan, while being careful not to boil it.
Beat the mascarpone cheese with the powdered sugar. Add the vanilla pod seeds.
Break the chocolate into pieces. Mix it with the heated cream and stir until the chocolate has completely melted and the mixture is homogeneous.
Pour the cold coffee into a bowl. Dip the biscuits in the coffee and form a layer on the bottom of the jars.
Cover them with a layer of mascarpone, then pour the chocolate mixture on top.
Repeat by adding a layer of biscuits, mascarpone cream and chocolate.
Garnish the tiramisu with chocolate or crushed biscuits on top and cool the dessert briefly before serving it.
