How to make
In a saucepan with a fork, beat the yolks well, add the sugar and cream and beat the mixture well again.
Place the mixture on a low heat and boil it, while stirring constantly, until the egg custard begins to thicken.
Remove it from the heat, add the vanilla, stir again and pour the delicious Brulee into bowls.
Allow the Brulee to cool down to room temperature and refrigerate the bowls.
Before serving the No-Bake Cream Brulee, sprinkle each bowl with 1-2 spoons of sugar and caramelize it with a burner.
