Beat the peanut butter with the butter and sugar into a fluffy mixture. Add the egg and beat the mixture again.
Separately mix the flour, baking powder and salt, sift them and mix them with the first mixture.
Add the chocolate chips and stir the mixture with a spoon.
Grab a bit of the mixture and form it into balls with your hands and then flatten and spread them out.
The delicious cookies are baked at 360°F (180°C) for 15-20 minutes.
