In a bowl, put the melted butter, peanut butter and beat two eggs. Beat the mixture with a mixer until a thick cream is obtained.
In a separate bowl, mix the rest of the dry ingredients - sift the flour along with the baking powder and cocoa. Add a pinch of salt.
Now it is time to add the chocolate chips or broken chocolate for decoration.
Begin to mix the contents of the two bowls, by stirring only with a wire whisk in stages.
A soft and sticky dough is obtained. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for half an hour. If you are in a hurry - for 15 minutes in the freezer.
Form the cocoa cookies with hands and arrange in baking tray.
If you first make balls of the same size and then flatten them with the palm of your hand (about 1.5 cm thick) the cookies will be shaped evenly.
Bake the Peanut Butter and Cocoa Cookies in a preheated oven for about 15-17 minutes.
