How to make
Sprinkle the chicken steaks with the salt and half of the ground black pepper, then set them aside.
In a bowl, mix the cream, processed cheese, grated soft cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, a pinch of salt, the remaining black pepper and the finely chopped parsley.
The mixture is mixed well and half of it is placed on the bottom of the baking tray.
Arrange the chicken steaks on top and spread them with the rest of the mixture.
Cover the baking tray with aluminum foil and place it in the oven.
Bake them at 370°F (190 degrees) for about 40 minutes and remove the foil of the juicy chicken steaks with processed cheese and cream towards the end of baking, so that they can form an appetizing crust.
