How to make
Boil 3 cups of water or milk in a pot, then gradually add the corn flour, stir to thicken until you get a dough. Do not add flour when you remove the pot from the heat!
While boiling the water or milk, add the flour gradually, but not all at once, until you get a dough. Once you remove it from the heat, take the dough out, do not add any more corn flour.
Once you get a bread dough, roll it out flat, place the products on top and bake until golden. Sprinkle with fresh basil or oregano.
