How to make
The pork is cut into medium-sized chunks and the onions are peeled and finely chopped.
Heat the oil in a pot, add the chopped meat and fry it until it aquires a golden color.
Add the finely chopped onion and stew it as well.
The dock is washed, cleaned from the stems and cut into small pieces.
Mine was blanched from the freezer.
If it is fresh, add it and stir until it reduces its volume.
Add the washed and strained rice, fry it for 2-3 minutes and season it with paprika, black pepper and as much salt as you desire.
Pour the warm water over the delicious dish and leave it to cook over low heat until the meat is cooked and the rice has swollen.
The pork dish can be transferred into a baking pan and baked in the oven at 390°F (200°C) for about 30-40 minutes.
I hope you enjoy this dock with rice and meat!
