How to make

Indian spices and especially turmeric strongly color the cooking utensils, stirrers, strainers and tea cups, so keeping that in mind - use suitable ones in this case.

If the tea cups are made of glass, it is best for them to be heat resistant.

It is very important to always peel the fresh ginger root, as it has traveled a long way until it reaches us.

The peeled ginger needs to be grated on a fine grater and along with its juice pour it into a pot with heated water.

To them, you also need to add all the other oriental spices: garam masala (Indian mix), turmeric, black pepper (to activate the turmeric powder), ginger powder, cinnamon, cloves, mustard seeds and cardamom.

Stir with a metal spoon, until they dissolve and leave them to boil on low heat for about 5 minutes.

Strain the healing drink carefully and serve the aromatic decoction while it's hot.

Sweeten with brown cane sugar, as the taste of the medicinal decoction is very strong and rich.

This powerful antioxidant hot drink - a mix of spices, has incredible qualities and a high energy content. It is a sure way to protect the whole organism!
