How to make
The nettles are poured with cold water and boiled for 5 minutes. Boil them for 15 minutes. The decoction must be strained through a gauze.
The vegetables are washed and cleaned. Put them in a juicer.
The resulting juice is mixed with the cooled nettle decoction.
The combination of vegetables and the herb is poured into a glass bottle. If desired, sweeten it with honey.
This is the dose for one day. Drink 2/3 cup (150 ml), 4 times a day, 10 minutes before meals.
The course lasts up to two or three months. Hemoglobin levels are monitored at the end of the first and second months.
