Ingredients

  • chicken breasts - 2
  • salt
  • oil - 4 tablespoons
  • bacon - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • onions - 1.7 oz (50 g)
  • peppers - 2 green
  • celery - 1 tablespoon of leaves
  • curry
  • chicken broth - 1 cube
  • tomato paste - 1 tablespoon
  • cheese - 1 oz (30 g)

How to make

Slightly tenderize the meat and rub it with salt, cut them in half and fry in oil. Cut the bacon into cubes, fry them and add the strips of peppers and onions.

Add the celery, a pinch of curry and the chicken broth cube, dissolved in a little water, as well as the tomato paste and grated cheese.

Distribute the resulting mixture on the pieces, wrap them in foil and bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Serve hot with potatoes.
