How to make
The cutlets are washed very well. Squeeze 1 lemon. Drizzle the cutlets with the lemon juice and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Put enough oil in the grill pan to grease the pan so that it does not burn. Place the cutlets in a heated pan. Bake them for 5 minutes on each side. They should be baked twice on each side.
Bake 1 pc. of salmon cutlet in the middle of a pan.
The tahini is mixed with 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of oil. The lemon is squeezed and added to the tahini. Mix everything very well.
The fresh garlic and parsley are cleaned, washed and finely chopped.
Add the finely chopped garlic, garlic flour, parsley and salt to the tahini.
Stir until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
On top of each piece of salmon pour the tahini sauce.
The Mediterranean-style salmon is ready.
