How to make
Melt the lard, add the hartshorn, water and flour, knead a soft dough. Divide the dough into balls and roll each one out into a circle.
Cut triangles and at the base of each, put a piece of Turkish delight and a walnut. Roll into a tight scone.
Bake at 390°F (200 °C) in a preheated oven. While still hot, sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
