How to make
Pour the cream into a pot and put it on medium heat. Add sugar, vanilla and gelatin.
Heat them well, but be careful not to boil them. Distribute the mixture in cups and leave it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Strain the strawberries and place them in a small pot on the hob. Add the sugar as soon as they boils and leave them for 2 minutes and add the gelatin.
Allow the mixture to cool slightly and pour it over the cream.
Leave the two-colored strawberry puddings in the refrigerator again for a few hours.
Garnish the strawberry puddings with mint and whole strawberries.
