Ingredients

  • yogurt - 4.4 oz (125 g) (or cream)
  • powdered sugar - 3.2 oz (90 g)
  • blackberries - 9 oz (250 g)
  • blueberries - 7 oz (200 g)
  • raspberries - 1.8 oz (50 g)

How to make

First wash the berries and clean them. Strain them from the water and place them in small bags, in portions, in the freezer.

Put the frozen fruit in a blender, add the powdered sugar and blend them for a minute. Add the yoghurt and run the appliance at high speed to get a smooth mixture.

You can serve the semifreddo right away or put it in cups in the freezer, in order for it to set a bit more. It should not be that frozen, so that it does not turn out like ice cream.

Garnish it with berries and fresh mint.

The red semifreddo with fruit and yogurt is ready.
