measures

How to make

Oven 340°F (170 degrees);

Cake pan covered with baking paper - 10″ (26 cm).

Beat the butter and sugar until you get a fluffy cream. Add the eggs and grated orange peel, the flour, mixed with baking powder and the vanilla. The whole mixture is beaten with a mixer until it is completely smooth. Half of it is set aside.

A little more flour is added to the rest of the dough to form a ball and make the dough firmer.

The ball of dough is shaped into the cake pan, by spreading it out with your fingers on the baking paper and form a small boarder. It is then pierced with a fork. Set it aside until it needs to be used.

The fruits are cleaned and cut into cubes. Distribute them over the dough, spread them out and sprinkle them generously with brown sugar.

With a spoon, pour the separated dough over the fruit, but in a way that there are empty spaces left.

Bake at 340°F (170 degrees) for about 40-45 minutes.

Let it cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
