Ingredients

  • flour - 7 oz (200 g)
  • brown sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g)
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • yogurt - 5.6 oz (160 g)
  • oil - 1.7 fl oz (50 ml)
  • baking powder - 0.35 oz (10 g)
  • vanilla - 1 pc.
  • lemon peel - a pinch of grated peel
  • honey - 2 tbsp. (to drizzle on the fruit)

How to make

Crack the eggs into a large bowl and along with 300°F (150 g) of sugar, beat the mixture with a mixer for 10 minutes.

Pour the oil in a thin stream and add the yogurt. Sift the flour with the vanilla, a pinch of salt and baking powder.

Add the mixture to the liquid mixture, while stirring gently with a spoon. Line a 80°F (24 cm) form, with a detachable bottom, with baking paper. Pour the prepared mixture for the incredible fruit cake in it.

Arrange the slices of peaches, apricots, banana slices, pieces of kiwi, apples, the strawberry halves and cherries as you like.

Bake the rich cake at 360°F (180 degrees) in a preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes.

Remove the baked juicy cake with summer fruit from the oven and while it is still warm, spread it with 2 tbsp. of honey. Cool it on a wire rack before cutting it.
