Ingredients

  • coffee - 4 tbsp. with a tip (30 g) (granulated, type Nescafe)
  • water - 3 cups
  • milk - 1 cup
  • ice - 1.1 lb (500 g)
  • sugar - 5.3 oz (150 g) + 2 tbsp. for the foam

How to make

Dissolve 2 tbsp of coffee in 1/2 cup of cold water and stir.

Put the ice in a blender, lightly crushed beforehand, so it does not complicate the appliance too much.

Pour 2 cups of water and add the sugar. Blend everything and then add the dissolved coffee.

Mix well and distribute the mixture in 6 cups. In each cup of iced coffee pour well chilled milk on top. Do not stir, in order for it to have a flowing effect. And like any cappuccino, it also has a cream-like foam.

For it, beat the remaining 1/2 cup of water very well, with the other two spoons of coffee and two spoons of sugar (it is recommended for it to be powdered).

The beating can be done with a mixer at high speed or in a blender or food processor. It is also possible to do it by hand. A thick foam needs to be obtained.

Spread the fluffy foam over each cup of the icy delight and serve them immediately.
